Important Note to Vendors:
If Submitting a Quote for an Approved Equal Product, Quoter shall submit Manufacturer's Product Description and Detailed Specifications meeting stated requirements by attaching electronically or faxing to 845-364-2984.

The County of Rockland's Decision if a Product shall be considered Equal shall be Final.

The County of Rockland reserves the right to make a no award if the quotes do not meet the specifications and/or if it's in the best interest of the County.

It is the Intent of the County to Purchase 275 Pedometers, but the County reserves the right to order more or less than the posted quantities.

Prices Quoted shall be F.O.B. Destination: Prepaid and Allowed. Unit Prices submitted shall be Delivered Prices.
