PROPOSED SOLE SOURCE for Morse Watchman to Provide Extended Warranty Service Contract for Key Module System at the Rockland County Jail-$7,340.00
 The County of Rockland is considering the issuance of a Sole Source award to Morse Watchman Inc. 2 Morse Road Oxford, CT 06478 . 
This purchase will be made on a sole source basis in accordance with the Rockland County Procurement Policy.
 
This notice is issued for informational purposes only and is NOT a request for competitive quotes.
The supplier is to provide extended warranties on the following security key touch items that was purchased by the Rockland County Sheriff’s office in July 2019 and key module system purchased in September of 2018 for the Rockland County Correctional Jail.
The units are as follows: 82-B2-11,83-BB-B3- 83-BC-55 AND 86-BB-A7
The extended warranties will cover key module units referenced above purchased for the Rockland County Correctional Jail for a period of one (1) year effective 01/01/2025-12/31/2025. The units were purchased to provide control over an individuals’ access to key(s), which provides a PC/Server based audit trail for unlimited historical reporting of actual key usage, email alerts for removals or returns, and alarm conditions.
