Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this RFP is to inform the private sector of a potential business opportunity to operate a Prenatal Clinic for the County of Rockland in conjunction with the Rockland County Department of Health. Rockland County intends for this Request for Proposal to result in the selection of one Service Provider to operate a Prenatal Clinic including the provision of physician, laboratory and radiological services. The applicant will partner with the Rockland County Department of Health to provide a Medicaid eligible comprehensive prenatal clinic program. The New York State Medicaid program supports Article 28 Diagnostic and Treatment centers in providing comprehensive prenatal services to low-income uninsured and underinsured women.
