RFB-RC-2013-087 - Natural Gas - Interruptible Gas Accounts

Summary of Specifications:
The bidding entities, Rockland County Health Center (Pomona, NY 10970) and Rockland Community College (Suffern, NY 10901), wish to purchase natural gas directly from gas producers, gas supply companies, or authorized marketers of natural gas. It has been determined that detailed bid specifications are required to arrive at the best possible supplier and to allow any qualified party to submit a bid. PLEASE NOTE: Six (6) bidding methods are provided in the RFB. You may choose not to bid an option, but if you do not choose to bid on all options, and the option you do not choose is used, you will be eliminating yourself. Do not leave any blanks, if none or zero so state. All required information must be submitted. All prices should be carried four (4) decimal places. The consortium for the purpose of award will act as one unit in the selection of options for approval.
