Mid Size Sedans specified are based on KIA Optima LX specifications, and Mid Size SUV is based on KIA Sorento LX and LX-V6 models but does not mean to exclude other manufacturers of equal compatibility. Alternative “or equal” items must be equal in quality, design and performance. If bidding on another brand, all pertinent catalogs and specifications must be submitted with bid. The County’s decision as to the acceptance of the product as equal will be final.
