Prices quoted shall be FOB:Destination 

If submitting an approved equal product, must submit manufacturer's product description and specifications. 



Samples may be required of products quoted as approved equals and must be received by the Purchasing Dept. within five days of request. 

The County of Rockland's decision if a product shall be considered as an equal is final. 

If quoted item states that item is as specified, then no substitutes shall be awarded. 

Quantities are estimated, quantities may be greater or less than those quantities stated depending on the needs of the County. 

The County of Rockland reserves the right to award this quote by the lowest total as a group or on a line by line basis, which ever method is in the best interest of the County.
