The County of Rockland's decision if the unit shall be considered as an equal is final.

If Quoter is under N.Y. State Contract for listed items, the price per unit quoted for Rockland County can be no higher than the price per unit quoted to N.Y. State for like units. If under N.Y. State Contract, state contract number.

Prices quoted shall include freight, F.O.B. Destination.

If submitting equal product, samples may be required and must be received within 5 days of request.

Quantites are estimated quantities for the length of this quote.

Award shall be made on a line by line basis.
