Important Note to Vendors:
If submitting a quote for an approved equal product, vendor must submit manufacturer's product description and specifications to fax #845-364-3809 by closing date of quote.

If quoted item states that item is as specified, then no substitutes shall be awarded.

Quoter must send MSDS for all applicable products to fax #845-364-3809.

Prices quoted shall be F.O.B. Destination.

For all submitted equal products, a sample may be required and shall be furnished within 5 days of request.

Quantities are estimated, quantities may be greater or less than those quantities stated depending on the needs of the County.

If Quoter is under NY State Contract for listed items, the price per unit quoted to Rockland County can be no higher than the price on State Contract. If under NY State Contract, please state NY State Contract number.

Awards shall be made on a line by line basis.
