If submitting a quote for an approved equal product, must submit manufacturer's product description and specifications.

The County of Rockland's decision if the product shall be considered an equal shall be final.

If quoter is under NY State Contract for listed items, the price per unit quoted to Rockland County can be no higher than the price on State Contract. If under NY State Contract, please state NY State Contract number.

Quanities are estimated, quantities may be greater or less than those quantities stated depending on the needs of the County.

Samples may be required for all quotes for approved equal products. Samples Shall be received within five days of request.

Price quoted shall be F.O.B. Destination.
