Summary of Specifications:
The County of Rockland intends into a Sole Source Contract for Confidential Financial Consultant Services for the Rockland County District Attorney’s Office. This contract will be made on a sole source basis in accordance with the Rockland County Procurement Policy. Any interested party that believes they can provide Confidential Financial Consultant Services noted above should submit a statement of capabilities in sufficient detail to determine if the requirements of this notice can be met; no later than 14 days of this announcement. A determination by the County not to compete the proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the County. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive solicitation.
