Important Note to Vendors:
The County of Rockland is upgrading its current hardware and software infrastructure to support the upgraded version of its enterprise resource planning software package. The County of Rockland is upgrading its enterprise resource planning software from Oracle Peoplesoft 8.8/8.9 to Oracle Peoplesoft 9.2.

The Quote response shall include a complete Scope of Work indicating all tasks and deliverables needed to provide a completely configured working system for the use intended. All labor and installation work must be done during normal business hours.
