RFB-RC-2018-1981-001 - Gulf War Veterans Memorial

The work is inclusive of but not limited to: the construction of the Gulf War Veterans memorial including site clearing, grubbing and stump removal, construction of concrete reinforced footing and slab to support granite walls and concrete and granite “T” barriers, provide stain and textured concrete surfaces and supply and install granite walls and panels with all engraving as per plans and specifications.
The project is funded in part by the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York.  It is the policy of the State of New York to encourage the greatest possible participation of minority and woman-owned business enterprises and to ensure that minority group members and women are afforded equal opportunities without discrimination in State funded projects.  The contractor, in bidding on this project, acknowledges understanding and support of this policy and pledges to fully cooperate with the County of Rockland in meeting State requirements set forth in these bidding and contract documents.
