Description

The Rockland County Sewer District #1 (RCSD#1) is seeking to supplier to rent out (1) 1500KW 480V Generator and (6) Sets of 150 foot cable as specified, to the RCSD#1’s Main Plant at 4 Route 340, Orangeburg, NY and provide hook-up and phase verification.

Supplier shall be responsible to furnish and deliver:

(1) 1500KW 480V Generator.
(6) Sets of cables that are 150 feet EACH, bearing FEMALE ENDS on the load side.

Supplier shall be responsible to:

Provide necessary maintenance and repairs on the furnished generator during the life of the rental agreement.
Provide 24 hour on call emergency service and troubleshooting.
Mobilize generator and equipment, set up, and provide phase verification.
Demobilize all rented items at the commencement of the rental agreement.
Provide an hourly rate for additional work
Provide a percent mark-up for additional costs.

Supplier to enter a LUMP SUM MONTHLY RATE (28 days) for the (1) 1500KW 480V Generator and (6) sets of 150 Foot cable. Rental agreement shall include mobilization, hook-up and phase verification.

Lump sum for demobilization and disconnect.

Provide an hourly rate for additional work

Provide a percent mark-up for additional costs.
