Summary of Specifications:
The listed members of the Hudson Valley Municipal Purchasing Group (HVMPG) (hereinafter referred to as Customer) seek specific proposals from interested Energy Service Companies (ESCOs) that are capable of providing electricity and/or natural gas for selected facilities owned or managed by Customer using a Fixed Price, Discount Rate or Percent Below Utility Price type contract. A listing of the participating members of the HVMPG is included in the Bid. Account information and release authorization is provided in an attachment to this bid.
