The Workforce Development Board of Rockland County, Inc. (“WDBRC”), in collaboration with the Rockland County Office of Economic Development and Tourism (the “County”), is soliciting proposals from qualified entities to provide Fiscal Agent Services for Rockland Works (Rockland County’s Career Center).
The selected Fiscal Agent will carry out the fiscal, reporting, compliance, and audit-related functions required for the operation of workforce programs and services funded by Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and other applicable federal, state, and local sources. The responsibilities described in this RFP are based on the Fiscal Agency Agreement currently in use by WDBRC and its partners
