RFB-RC-2012-033 - Firm Electric Supply

Summary of Specifications:
The County of Rockland is seeking Bids from Energy Service Companies (ESCO’s) that will provide firm supply of electricity to the various Rockland County (County) facilities and Rockland County Sewer District No. 1 (RCSD #1) facilities listed in this Request For Bid (RFB) as requested by the Rockland County Department of General Services, Purchasing Division. In addition, this solicitation is seeking Bids from Energy Service Companies (ESCO’S) that will provide firm supply of electricity for Rockland Community College (RCC) and the Rockland County Solid Waste Management Authority (SWMA). Both RCC and the SWMA will make separate awards under this solicitation and each agency reserves the right not to make an award under this solicitation. Each agency shall contract separately with the awarded ESCO, and each entity shall be responsible for all payments for electric supplied on their behalf.
