Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this RFP is to inform the private sector of a potential business opportunity and to select one provider of Financial Advisory Services to the County of Rockland. Proposals must include all inclusive fee rates for new and renewal services defined below. The fee structure should indicate the amounts for Serial Bonds, Bond Anticipation Notes, with both public and private placement. Also, submit two proposals: a) If Offering Statement is done only by your firm; and b) If Offering Statement is prepared by the County of Rockland and reviewed by your firm.
