Important Note to Vendors:
If submitting a quote for an aproved equal product, must submit manufacturer's product description and specifications.

Samples may be required of approved equal products and shall be received by the purchasing division within five days of request.

The County of Rockland's decision if a product shall be considered as an equal is final.

If quoter is under New York State Contract for listed items, the price per unit quoted for the County of Rockland can be no higher than the price per unit quoted New York State for like units. If under New York State Contract, state contract number.

Prices quoted shall be delivered prices, F.O.B. Destination.

Awards shall be made on a line by line basis.
