Summary of Specifications:
Eligible Applicants

Applicants must be non-profits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS. Applicants must demonstrate experience and background in working effectively with Spanish Speaking populations living in Rockland County.

Applicants must provide comprehensive medical family planning services directly or demonstrate linkages to otherwise ensure easy access to comprehensive medical family planning services.

Scope of Services

Grantee is expected to:

Arrange for or provide bilingual social and educational family planning services to Spanish Speaking individuals including distribution of printed materials, group and individual counseling to discuss family planning, educational and medical resources available.

Assist Spanish-Speaking individuals living in Rockland County to receive comprehensive family planning services including but not limited to:

1. Reproductive health care 2. Medical family planning services 3. STD screening and treatment 4. HIV testing and counseling
