RFP-RC-04-007 - Enterprise Resource Planning Software and Implementation Services

Summary of Specifications:
Rockland County, New York seeks, from all interested software and implementation services vendors that have proven experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for the public sector, proposals for software installation and implementation services. The scope for the future system includes: general ledger/budget control, budget development, purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury management, project accounting, grant accounting, fixed assets, human resources, benefits and payroll. Vendors must propose an integrated solution that satisfies the requirements of all modules. 

The County would like to complete the procurement and contract negotiation processes by June 2004 and begin implementation no later than July 2004.
