RFP-RC-04-013 - EMPLOYEE WELLNESS PROGRAM

Summary of Specifications:
This proposal seeks employee and retiree wellness programs and services to be provided at various county work sites during the year. The County of Rockland is committed to offer quality of work / life benefits for its employees and retirees. As a public servant, we intend to provide benefit services which enhance County of Rockland employees in the workplace through the use of the Employee Wellness Program. This program should assist employees in various health issues that may arise throughout their employment. Furthermore, this program is designed to support the County by promoting physical wellness, increasing awareness of available resources, supporting employee morale and reducing absenteeism related to physical adjustments. This program is a resource to curtail potential problems that may negatively impact job performance.
