Summary of Specifications:
1. Removal and disposal of excess soil from Rockland County Sewer District projects. Estimated quantities of soil is 35,000 cubic yards. Soil is classified as lightly contaminated under NY State Department Of environmental Conservation Standards. There are restrictions on disposal. 2. Grading of the sites and installation of topsoil and seed where required. 3. Work is located in the villages of Hillburn and Sloatsburg in the Town of Ramapo, Rockland County, NY.
