Summary of Specifications:
The County of Rockland seeks Outpatient Diagnostic Services Outpatient Diagnostic Services for Children and Families involved in Child Welfare and/or the Rockland County Family Court. Information gained from these services contributes to avoiding long-term care placement in a residential facility for a significant number of children involved in the Child Welfare system and/or brought before the Family Court. The majority of requests for outpatient diagnostic services are ordered for children and their families by Rockland County Family Court judges.
