Summary of Specifications:
The County of Rockland Sheriff Correctional Center objective is to identify and select the most appropriate software vendor to provide an Electronic Medical Record software solution for the Correctional Health setting. The product selected shall interface with the current County of Rockland Sheriff Division software New World Systems. However, the selected product shall also interface with Spillman Technologies, Inc. which the County of Rockland Sheriff Division shall be switching to in 2017. The software shall also interface with Lab Corp and CVS OmniCare. The Electronic Medical Records (EMR) application implemented will enable the organization to: • Support an integrated solution to improve outcomes, increase care management, reduce health care costs, increase productivity and eliminate paper; and • Enable the County to move from a manual, paper-based system to electronic records (improve efficiency and performance).
