RFP-RC-04-032 - Consulting Services Incl. Sampling&Analysis for Asbestos, Lead,IAQ

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this RFP is to inform the private sector of a potential business opportunity to provide consulting, project management, air monitoring, collecting and testing samples, but not limited to, asbestos, lead, mold, mold spores, fungi and other indoor air quality situations. Also if the need arises in addition to the materials and contaminants listed, any consulting, project management, air monitoring collecting and testing samples not listed will be done on a negotiated basis. 



Rockland County intends for this Request for Proposal to result in the selection of one or more providers to establish a Qualified Suppliers List to consult, manage various projects, oversee the monitoring, collecting and testing of asbestos, lead, mold, mold spores, fungi, etc. Consultants must have the ability to respond to emergency situations (less than 24 hours), if necessary. The County will enter into contracts with prime Consultant(s) who will be required to assume full responsibility for services provided by the contract.
