Summary of Specifications:
This document outlines the minimum technical and general requirements for a Computerized Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management System (Facilities Software) for the Sewer District #1 of the County of Rockland. The purpose of the Software is to preserve the assets of Rockland County Sewer District #1, extend the useful life of those assets, and to enhance the quality of maintenance services. Included in the scope of this document are the requirements for the supply, installation and set-up, implementation / performance, conversion, testing, training, and technical support of the Software.
The successful vendor shall provide all project management to supply software, installation and set up, conversion, customization, and technical support required to furnish and install a new computerized maintenance and enterprise asset management system (CMMS - EAS) as specified herein for the Sewer District #1 of the County of Rockland. The Sewer District #1 is at location at #4 Route 340, Orangeburg, NY. The CMMS- EAS shall be a networked based system. The Sewer District #1 is presently using DBase to store its assets. The successful vendor shall provide all software and services necessary to integrate the existing data, including but not limited to open and closed work orders, equipment tag ID and description, preventive maintenance schedules into the new CMMS-EAS system. There are work orders and maintenance records in the existing Database system that will need to be converting into new system.
