Summary of Specifications:
The County of Rockland, Department of Public Transportation intends to buy 19 commuter coaches and the County of Orange, Department of Planning intends to buy 5 commuter coaches, possibly 7, upon contract award. The Contract shall be a firm-fixed price Contract. Pricing for any additional purchases “Optional” units will remain fixed for one year after the delivery of the last bus of the first order. After that time, any additional units ordered will be adjusted using the price at the date of award and adjusting the price using the PPI index for Series ID1413 trucks and buses at the time the option is exercised.
