RFB-RC-2025-104 - Communication Boards

The scope of work is to provide 11(eleven) completed/customized communication boards broken down as 2 (two) for libraries, 1 (one) for village hall and 8 (eight) for elementary schools located throughout Rockland County.  These boards should be designed to promote inclusive and accessible communication across various public spaces.  Each board should be crafted with durable materials suitable for outdoor and indoor settings and feature universal symbols and multilingual options to cater to diverse communities.  These boards will enhance public interactions and ensure that every member of the community, regardless of their communication abilities, can navigate and enjoy public spaces safely and effectively while fostering engagement and inclusivity in any public environment.
