RFP-RC-06-022 - Chemical Dependency Outpatient Services

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to establish a contract or contracts with qualified non-for-profit community based organizations to provide Chemical Dependency Services to Rockland County residents. 

The County of Rockland, through its Department of Mental Health currently provides Chemical Dependency Services to the residents of Rockland County through three separate programs. The Department of Mental Health is now looking to contract with non-for-profit community based organizations to provide these services beginning in January, 2007. These programs include a Chemical Dependency Services Outpatient Clinic, a Chemical Dependency Services Outpatient Rehabilitation Program and a Methadone Treatment Program. A more detailed description of each program is included in the RFP document.
