Description

1. The scope of this bid is to furnish and deliver specified articles of clothing for incarcerated individuals at the Rockland County Correctional Center. Bidders must bid on all lines to be considered for this award.
2. Prices submitted must include printing ‘RC JAIL’ in 3” white letters on the back of the shirts only.
3. All bidders must send samples to be recieved by Purchasing Departments on or before the bid closing date otherwise they may be deemed non-responsive.
4. Manufacturer/Brand specification sheet showing that the items submitted meet the required specifcations, must be submitted with the Bid
5. All prices must be FOB destination prepaid and allowed.
6. Bidders must submit pricing for all lines specified.
