Summary of Specifications:
Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and supervision as specified herein to remove and replace all 274 tubes of the Cleaver Brooks No. 3 Low pressure Boiler located in Building Utility Plant of the Robert L. Yeager Health Center, Pomona, NY. The boiler is a psig steam package boiler, combination fuel light oil and natural gas. All work shall be performed in accordance with these specifications and manufacture’s recommendations. All contractor supplied equipment and materials shall be of new and current design and manufacture. Used and refurbished equipment and materials are unacceptable.
