Important Note to Vendors:
If submitting a quote for an approved equal product, must submit manufacturer's product description and specifications.

If submitting an approved equal product, samples for evaluation shall be required by 11/14/2008.

The County of Rockland's decision if the product shall be considered an equal shall be final.

If quoter is under NY State Contract for listed items, the price per unit quoted to Rockland County can be no higher than the price on State Contract. If under NY State Contract, please state NY State Contract number.

Quanities are estimated, quantities may be greater or less than those quantities stated depending on the needs of the County.

Price quoted shall be F.O.B. Destination, Prepaid. Prices submitted should be delivered prices.
