Summary of Specifications:
Provide and install (1) field erected Cleaver Brooks bent tube FLX boiler, Model FLE-700-400-15. Boiler to include all standard factory trim, including a straight gas fired modulating burner. Work will include disconnect, cut up, removal and disposal offsite of existing boiler Model FLX-700-400-15, serial number BT6517 which was built and installed in 1998. Contractor must provide form H-3 manufacturers data report complete with field assembly compliance with H-2 certificate of authorization number plus a complete set of manufacturer’s drawings.
