RFI-RC-2011-002 - Appraisal Services - Land, Building, Business Value, Fixed Assests

Summary of Specifications:
The County of Rockland has begun the process to transfer ownership of Summit Park Hospital and Nursing Care Center to a Public Benefit Corporation. 

The County has the need for the following appraisals to be competed: 

• Value of Land to be subdivided and transferred to the Public Benefit Corporation • Value of Buildings to be transferred to the Public Benefit Corporation • Value of “Business Worth” of Summit Park Hospital and Nursing Care Center Operations • Value of fixed assets and furnishings to be transferred to the Public Benefit Corporation 

The purpose of this RFI is to identify qualified firms that can provide all of the services identified above, with or without the use of subcontractors; or firms that may specialize in one or more of the services noted above. 

A Request for Proposal will be issued shortly for these services. If you believe your firm is qualified to provide either all or some of the services identified above, please advise the Purchasing Division of your interest and provide information regarding your qualifications.
