RFB-RC-SWR-2012-004 - Anaerobic Digester Rehabilitation Project, Contract CIP 2012-03

Summary of Specifications:
Bids for Contract CIP 2012-03 shall be designated as “Bid for Contract CIP 2012-03”. The work for which bids are invited consists of furnishing and constructing the following: 1. Removal and Disposal of the remaining floating cover appurtenances; 2. Repair all cracks in the concrete, damaged corbels, damaged hydrostatic valve(s); 3.Furnish, install, test and certify the installation of a new floating cover; 4. Install pressure relief valves and appurtenances on cover; 5. Repair brick façade to existing Digester Building; 6. Install resinous flooring system to Digester Building; 7. Repair of concrete stairs to Zimpro Building; 8. Removal and Disposal of stairs; 9. Test and abate any lead containing material; 10. Furnish and Installation of new stair systems. The work is located in the Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, NY. The Contract Documents will be available on May 29, 2012 after 10:00 a.m. Copies of the Contract Documents may be examined at no expense at the offices of the Board of Commissioners, Rockland County Sewer District No. 1, 4 Route 340, Orangeburg, NY 10962 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
