RFB-OC129-25 - reconstruction of the Ruth and Jim Ottaway Education Center

Each Contractor’s scope of Work will include, but is not limited to, all labor, supervision, material, tools,
equipment, shop drawings, submittals, layout, unloading, scaffolding, ladders, hoisting, transportation,
permits, engineering, support functions, insurance, bonds and any other items or services necessary for and
reasonably incidental to the proper execution and completion the Work, whether temporary or permanent,
in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications, Addenda, General Conditions, and all other related
requirements, as indicated in the Contract Documents.
