It is the intent of these specifications to describe the minimum acceptable requirements for providing Two (2), XRF Lead Based Paint Analyzers with accessories. The County currently owns two units, and has added the option for a vendor to provide a “trade-in” price for each, which may be used to lower the price of the purchase of the new units.
