Summary of Specifications:
The term VENDOR referred to in these specifications shall include the Solid Waste Self-Contained Compactor Manufacturer or Manufacturer’s certified Dealer. The Term OWNER shall refer to the Orange County Department of Public Works, Division of Environmental Facilities & Services. The VENDOR shall provide a Total Lump Sum Bid for the design, fabrication, controls and delivery as described in the subsequent paragraphs. The Bid Award shall be based on the lowest responsive Total Lump Sum Bid.
