Summary of Specifications:
The Orange County Department of Social Services has developed this Request for Proposals to solicit proposals for the provision of mandatory preventive services. Mandatory preventive services are designed for families who are either required to participate in services as a result of a CPS investigation and subsequent family court involvement or families who agree to receive services based upon significant risk factors for child abuse / neglect as determined by our Child Welfare Staff.
