Summary of Specifications:
1. The Orange County Correctional Facility is located on 110 Wells Farm Road, Goshen, New York 10924. There are nine (9) areas in the facility that will require carpet removal and replacement with VCT (vinyl composition tile) floor tile. 2. Contractor will be responsible for removal and disposal of existing carpet, all floor repairs and floor preparations for the installation of new VCT floor tile system. 3. All materials to be Armstrong VCT Commercial Floor Tiles and Johnsonite 4” Cove Base no substitutes will be accepted.
