Summary of Specifications:
1. The Vendor agrees to provide comprehensive diagnostic Radiologic Services including routine and STAT portable imaging. Services will be provided five (5) days (Monday - Friday) a week between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.; stat imaging will be provided all other times. 2. The Vendor agrees to report all routine x-ray results within a four (4) hour turn-around-time, no later than 6:00 p.m. of the same day. STAT turn-around-times must be at or better than industry standards, a period of time not to exceed two and one-half (2.5) hours. 3. The Vendor agrees to report by phone, FAX and hard copy all critical/abnormal x-ray results. A critical result roster including, but not limited to: fractures, pneumothorax, blastic or lytic lesions, will be established by the vendor and the Facility. 4. The Vendor agrees to provide on-site ultrasound on a scheduled basis according to the needs of the Facility, and no later than the next business day upon receipt of request.
