Summary of Specifications:
Potassium Permanganate shall be delivered to the Harriman Wastewater Treatment Facility in 25 kilogram (net weight of potassium permanganate) pail containers. The pail containers shall be fitted with handles and shall have open tops sealed with easy -to-remove lids. There shall be no deposit on the pail containers. The price per unit pound shall include all shipping and handling costs of the potassium permanganate to the Harriman Wastewater Treatment Facility.
