RFB-OC087-05 - Personal Emergency Respose Systems

Summary of Specifications:
The Orange County Department of Social Services and Department of Health requests bids from public, not-for-profit, or corporate organizations or any other interested party who can provide personal emergency response services (PERS) to eligible recipients residing in Orange County. Personal emergency response services means provision and maintenance, in the client's residence of electronic communication equipment which is linked, via the client's telephone line, with a central emergency response center, the continuous monitoring of any signals transmitted via this system and the notification of emergency response persons or organizations, as needed.
