Summary of Specifications:
The Valley View Center for Nursing Care and Rehabilitation will be purchasing and installing a new resident lifting system for the bathing areas in the Glenmere Building. The following is the specification sheet for the lifts. Pricing for this bid will be for one bathing area. Quantity of bathing areas that may be completed during the project is up to (6) six. Installations will take place between the hours of 8:00 am through 6:00 PM. Monday through Friday. Work areas within the tub room must be clean and free of any debris on a daily basis, for the safety of our residents, by 6:00 PM. The entire project must be completed within 30 days of the first day that the installation begins.
