The County of Orange (“County”), by and through its Department of Information Technology Services (“OCITS”)
provides comprehensive information technology (“IT”) services and support to approximately 2,500 users across
multiple County departments, ensuring the delivery of secure, reliable, and innovative IT solutions that enable
efficient government operations and public services. OCITS is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to
provide comprehensive hosting and support services for the County's existing Oracle E-Business Suite (“Oracle EBS”)
and Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (“Oracle PBCS”), including Enterprise Performance Reporting
Cloud Service (“EPRCS”). The successful consultant (“Consultant”) awarded a contract under this RFP (“Contract”)
will be responsible for maintaining secure, high-availability environments while supporting enhancements,
integrations, and onsite end-user needs supporting our mission to deliver uninterrupted services to the residents
and businesses of Orange County.
