Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of the Orange County Department of Public Works to solicit bids for MISCELLANEOUS BUILDING MATERIALS to be furnished and delivered to Orange County Department of Public Works, 2455-2459 Route 17M, Goshen, New York, or any other county agency when specified. The basis of award shall be the lowest Total Bid by Group (A, B, C, and D). Bidders must bid ALL items in a given Group, but are not required to bid all Groups since award will be made on a Group by Group basis. Separate awards will be made. It is anticipated that this contract will result in a one-time order for a special project at the Community Campus in Middletown, NY, however, materials may be purchased from this contract for a period of oneyear from the date of award.
