RFP-DES-01-08 - Mass Notification System

Summary of Specifications:
The system shall have the capability of creating (either manually or importing) customized lists of individuals who will be routinely or intermittently contacted, such as Civic Groups, Police, Fire Department, etc. The system should be fully hosted by the vendor, therefore, requiring no additional equipment, storage, environment, etc. by the County. The system should have the capability of prompting for responses and capturing the feedback in comprehensive reports. It is required that the selected vendor have the ability to assign the caller-ID read-out for the outgoing calls based upon the individual department that is sending out the notification.
