Summary of Specifications:
The County of Orange has experienced issues during the past several years with mosquitoes and the threat of spreading the "West Nile" virus. As a result, during the past several years the County has distributed free of charge to County residents, retail size cans of insect repellent. It is hoped that through this distribution effort, residents can protect themselves from the bite of mosquitoes. It is the intent of the County to secure a contractor to provide this insect repellent in order to continue this distribution program.
