RFB-OC100-08 - Guard and Security Services

Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of this specification to describe the minimum requirements for providing guard and security services to the Valley View Center for Nursing Care and Rehabilitation located in Goshen, New York. This is a twenty-four (24) hour a day, seven (7) days a week requirement, providing coverage as follows: 1. One Officer per 8 hour shift for three shifts at the Simon Building Main Entrance. 2. One officer per 8 hour shift for three shifts at the Couser Building Main Entrance. 3. One Officer per 8 hour shift for two shifts the Glenmere/Parry Main Entrance. 4. One Officer per 8 hour shift for two shifts as the roving patrol and post relief.
