RFB-OC115-06 - Food Service

Summary of Specifications:
The County of Orange is requesting bids from all qualified vendors to provide FOOD SERVICE for the Orange County Jail for a three (3) year term, with an option to extend the agreement for two(2) additional one (1) year periods at the sole discretion of the county. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to providing, inmate meals, staff meals and catering. The contractor will be required to meet all requirements of the New York State Commission of Corrections Minimum Standards and the American Correctional Association.
